Product Description

Cast Nylon Tubes, Mc Nylon Tubes and Rods Have Good Wear Resistance Mc Rod
PA6 mc
The most common engineering nylons are PA6 and PA66. Nylon profiles are produced by extrusion or casting. This process is to some extent a determinant of the properties of the final product, nylon. Modifiers are added to enhance the desired properties.
Advantages:
Nylon rods and nylon plates are tough, durable general - purpose engineering materials, with special grades for special applications. Typical application conditions are medium speeds and temperatures in rugged, abrasive, impact - prone, and high - load environments.
Disadvantages:
Poor dimensional stability, poor electrical and mechanical properties, may be affected by moisture or water absorption, poor acid resistance, cannot be dyed with acid or come into contact with excessive acid, weak light resistance, and poor stain resistance.
Main features:
• Excellent bearing properties
• High impact strength and toughness
• Low power factor requirements
• High wear resistance
• Very good sliding properties

• Extruded Nylon 6 (PA 6) - Natural color (white)/Black:
It provides the best combination of mechanical strength, stiffness, toughness, mechanical damping properties, and wear resistance. These properties, together with good electrical insulation ability and good chemical resistance, make extruded Nylon 6 a "general-purpose" grade for mechanical structures and maintenance.
• MC Nylon 6 (PA 6) - Natural color (ivory)/Black:
The unmodified cast Nylon 6 grade exhibits properties very close to those of Nylon 66. It combines high strength, stiffness, and hardness, as well as good creep resistance, wear resistance, thermal aging properties, and machinability.
• MC Nylon 6 + Oil-filled (PA6 + Oil) - Green:
This internally lubricated cast Nylon 6 is truly self-lubricating. Oil-filled MC Nylon 6 is developed for applications of components with no lubrication, high load, and slow movement, greatly expanding the application possibilities of nylon. This is because it reduces the coefficient of friction (up to -50%) and improves wear resistance (up to x 10).
• Nylon 6 + MOS2 (PA6 + MoS²) - Gray-black:
The addition of MoS² makes this material harder, stiffer, and more dimensionally stable than Nylon 66, but it results in some loss of impact strength. The nucleating effect of molybdenum disulfide leads to an improved crystal structure, enhancing bearing and wear properties.
• Nylon 6+ GF30 (PA 6-GF30) - Black:
Compared with virgin Nylon 6, this 30% glass fiber-reinforced and heat-stabilized nylon grade has higher strength, stiffness, creep resistance, and dimensional stability, while maintaining excellent wear resistance. It also allows for a higher maximum operating temperature.
• Nylon 66: This material has higher mechanical strength, stiffness, heat resistance, and wear resistance than extruded Nylon 6. It also has better creep resistance, but its impact strength and mechanical damping ability are reduced. It is very suitable for machining on an automatic lathe.
