Delve into the remarkable performance parameters of our PAI offerings: Density specifications are as follows: TORLON® 4203PAI at 1.41 g/cm³, TORLON® 4301PAI at 1.45 g/cm³, and TORLON® 5530PAI at 1.61 g/cm³. Water absorption at 23°C in air stands at 2.5% for TORLON® 4203PAI, 1.9% for TORLON® 4301PAI, and 1.7% for TORLON® 5530PAI. Experience exceptional tensile strength, recorded at 120 MPa for TORLON® 4203PAI, 80 MPa for TORLON® 4301PAI, and 95 MPa for TORLON® 5530PAI. Tensile strain at break is 10% for 4203PAI, 5% for 4301PAI, and 3% for 5530PAI. Compressive stress at 2% nominal strain is 53 MPa for 4203PAI and 58 MPa for 4301PAI. The Charpy impact strength remains unrivaled, with the unnotched test showing no break for 4203PAI. Notched Charpy impact strengths are 10 KJ/m² for 4203PAI, 4 KJ/m² for 4301PAI, and 3.5 KJ/m² for 5530PAI. The tensile modulus of elasticity is remarkable, with values of 4500 MPa, 5800 MPa, and 6000 MPa respectively. Ball indentation hardness is 200 N/mm² for both 4203PAI and 4301PAI, while Rockwell hardness measures E79 for 4203PAI, M105 for 4301PAI, and E77 for 5530PAI. Available in sleek Black and Tan colors, our PAI sheets and rods come in various sizes to meet diverse needs: Sheets in 500X1000X(Thickness:5-100mm) and 600X1200X(Thickness:5-100mm), rods in Φ6-Φ150X1000mm, and tubes in (OD)50-1800 X (ID)30-1600 X Length(500-1000mm).
